Initial Consultation

Confirm the build site’s suitability, including foundation requirements and access for delivery.
Finalize Your Design
Select a floorplan and confirm any customizations, such as layout changes or finishes.
2. Define The Details.
Preparation Phase
Our build team will help you find or evaluate the needs and potential of your future home site.
Blueprint Agreement
Once you've reviewed your revised home quote and are ready to proceed, you'll meet with your Home Consultant to finalize décor selections and sign the Blueprint Agreement. For $1,500, this agreement covers customizing your engineered prints and locks in your home price for 60 days (excluding material surcharges). This fee is credited toward your Sales Contract, and prints are typically ready within 1-2 weeks.
Quote & Contract
Receive a tailored quote, sign the purchase agreement, and secure your order with a deposit (15% of home value).
3. Prep For Your New Home.
Production
Your home is built at the production plant with quality checks at every stage, and updates are provided throughout.
Delivery and Installation
The home is delivered to your site, installed, and any included on-site work (e.g., utility connections) is completed.
Final Walkthrough
Inspect the home with the team to ensure everything meets your expectations before handover.
